Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay overall at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the proximity to the road made it challenging to keep the windows open. The room size and amenities offered great value for money compared to other options.
I found the hotel to be a great choice for our family stay. The rooms were perfect for our family of 4, but being in the annex in the car park made it quite noisy early in the morning. The staff were super friendly and helpful, creating a warm atmosphere especially for the kids. The location was perfect for our needs, and the riverside walk to the center was convenient. The dining experience left something to be desired, with limited options for breakfast.
The hotel is lovely with beautiful big windows letting in all the light, clean and comfortable rooms in the fully accessible disabled room within the main building. The service, although acknowledging some faults, is brilliant, superbly friendly, and exceptional, going out of their way to ensure your comfort. The location is very good, offering a pleasant walk into the centre and close to the city and town centres. Dining is fine, with a cooked breakfast and good choices available, although only served until 9 am. Overall, the hotel provides great value for money.
